Overview
Foldline is an original, unbuilt concept for a 15 m² office shared by two people. Instead of filling the room with separate furniture, the project compresses work surfaces, storage, display, acoustics, and lighting into one continuous birch-plywood service wall.
A wall that works harder
The service wall thickens and folds where each function needs space: two focused desks, lockable storage, a standing meeting ledge, a display niche, concealed equipment, and a small lounge. Charcoal felt panels absorb sound while teal accents mark shared touchpoints and movable elements.
Compact, repairable, adaptable
A repeatable plywood bay provides a rational fabrication grid and lets modules be replaced or rearranged. The open center remains useful for visitors, pin-ups, or an additional work surface, giving the small room more than one operating mode.
